In our four-bedroom student apartments, each bedroom comes with a full-size extra long bed with a mattress, dresser, desk, and desk chair. The bedrooms provide the perfect private escape.

Cushy carpets and blackout blinds that will help keep noise & light to a minimum, as well as inside storage that maximizes your living space.
Bathrooms come with tiled floors and walls, full bath with overhead rain shower, and sink with storage and large wall-mounted mirror.

Furniture in the bedrooms includes a Full-XL size bed, desk, desk chair, 2- two drawer stackable dresser, and 1-night stand. Living rooms include a couch & loveseat, coffee table, side table, tv stand, and bar stools in the kitchen.

All applications include a “preferred roommate” field for you to list any requested roommates. We cannot guarantee any roommate requests, but we do our best to keep requested roommates together based on availability.

All residents have a 24-hour Resident Portal where maintenance requests can be submitted. Requests can also be submitted over the phone or in-person at the office. Maintenance requests are completed in order of priority and date received. Most requests will be completed within 48 business hours. All of our apartments feature fully coordinated, modern-style furnishings in the bedrooms and main living spaces. Seating pieces are stylish, comfortable, and easy-care, with dining chairs and tables. Bedroom furniture includes a full-size bed, storage, and study pieces to suit the space and provide flexibility. Residents need only bring their clothes and personal items.

Private Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each bedroom, with a full bath that includes either a walk-in shower or a tub/shower combination and a vanity sink with cabinet storage, is a private suite with large window(s), a walk-in closet and an individual lock. Windows allow ample natural light, and each is equipped with privacy blinds. Some bedrooms overlook adjacent terraces or decks.

Fully Equipped Kitchens

Whether you’re cooking a hearty meal or reheating take-out, our fully equipped kitchen comes with modern stainless steel appliances. Apartments come with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and ovens/stovetop, and ample storage cabinets for your pots and pans. You don’t have to leave this room hungry (or without a clean dish)!
