No other student housing option in Fort Collins can beat our location! Situated directly southwest of Canvas Stadium, you can walk to football games and cheer on the CSU Rams.

Furniture in the bedrooms includes a Full-XL size bed, desk, desk chair, 2- two drawer stackable dresser, and 1-night stand. Living rooms include a couch & loveseat, coffee table, side table, tv stand, and bar stools in the kitchen.

All applications include a “preferred roommate” field for you to list any requested roommates. We cannot guarantee any roommate requests, but we do our best to keep requested roommates together based on availability.

All residents have a 24-hour Resident Portal where maintenance requests can be submitted. Requests can also be submitted over the phone or in-person at the office. Maintenance requests are completed in order of priority and date received. Most requests will be completed within 48 business hours. Fully Furnished Apartments

All of our apartments feature fully coordinated, modern-style furnishings in the bedrooms and main living spaces. Seating pieces are stylish, comfortable, and easy-care, with dining chairs and tables. Bedroom furniture includes a full-size bed, storage, and study pieces to suit the space and provide flexibility. Residents need only bring their clothes and personal items.

Private Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each bedroom, with a full bath that includes either a walk-in shower or a tub/shower combination and a vanity sink with cabinet storage, is a private suite with large window(s), a walk-in closet and an individual lock. Windows allow ample natural light, and each is equipped with privacy blinds. Some bedrooms overlook adjacent terraces or decks.

Fully Equipped Kitchens

Each apartment kitchen is a beautiful example of form, function, efficiency, and understated elegant design, with a full package of modern stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances, granite counters, and quality cabinetry. An island houses a large clean-up sink and doubles as a serving/dining counter. The kitchen offers plenty of space for more than one cook, and it’s open to adjacent living spaces to visually enlarge the room.
